The Northern Varsity Football team stayed undefeated at home, defeating Thomas Stone in a blowout and making the combined score of home games 152-0. A kickoff returned for a touchdown set the tone in this one in total dominant fashion, where the Cougars stood no chance. Thomas Stone failed to cross the Northern 30-yard line in a stifling defensive performance for the Patriots. The offense was also firing on all cylinders, with a 42-0 lead at half-time resulting in a running clock in the second half. Northern improves to 3-4 on the season and looks forward to next week when they will face 5-2 Huntingtown. –Jack Dusek
