Pop icon, Justin Bieber, began his Justice World Tour in February of 2022. The tour was supposed to end in March of 2023- however Bieber concluded the tour early in September of 2022 due to having health issues that he did not disclose at the time of the cancellation. Bieber was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome in June of 2022. Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that paralyzes facial nerves, leaving half of Bieber’s face paralyzed. However, in May of 2023, Bieber shared a post on Instagram of him smiling with both sides of his mouth, indicating that he was recovering from the severity of the disorder.

After the birth of Bieber’s son, Jack Blues, in 2024, he completely stepped away from creating new music to focus on not only his own health, but also his growing family’s. However, due to his leave of absence regarding new music and touring, Bieber has not been making as much money as he did in his prime years of stardom- which is rumored to be further influencing the upcoming world tour along with a rumored album.

In late September of 2024, MK.Gee, a young indie songwriter and music producer, confirmed he was working diligently with Bieber on new songs, possibly for a new album (Tribune.com). MK.Gee is famous for producing songs and collaborating with hit artists such as The Kid Laroi and Drake.

Rumors of an upcoming tour have exhilarated fans across the globe. Bieber’s team is reportedly planning concerts to promote the new album being in the works (Tribune.com). Although we don’t know exactly when the album will be released or the dates of the tour, it is confirmed that plans for both are in the works. Fans are eagerly awaiting the return of Justin Bieber’s music and concerts- some would say they have a severe case of “Bieber-Fever.”
