For ten weeks in the fall, celebrities of all tiers grace the television on Tuesdays. Dancing With the Stars is a competitive TV show where the stars of the world get paired up with a professional dancer and dance various styles to a panel of judges for the chance to win the beloved Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. With this year’s season being season 33, the cast did not hold back.

Gracing the ballroom were a multitude of athletes, a handful of actors, and some reality TV stars as well. Some of the more notable names being NBA legend Dwight Howard, Super Bowl champion Danny Amendola, actress Tori Spelling, The Bachelor’s Joey Graziadei, and plenty more.

The first two weeks consisted of a double elimination where fashion designer/criminal Anna Delvey and Spellng got sent home. Two celebrities that captured the audience’s hearts just so happened to be the oldest contestants in the show. Actors Reginald VelJohnson and Eric Roberts danced to their hearts desires and fought hard against their young opponents. Unfortunately age wasn’t on their side, and they both were eliminated in week 4.

The weeks went on and on, eliminations after elimination, and the show stayed consistently good. A fun thing Dancing With the Stars does is bring in guest star judges. This years guest judges included Rosie Perez, Gene Simmons, and Mark Ballas. Fans were eager for these episodes to see what these stars had to say.

The final five dancers that danced in the finale included, Amendola, Graziadei, Olympic rugby play Ilona Maher, Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik, and actress Chandler Kinney. These five contestants throughout the season grew as dancers tremendously and viewers were very excited to see these stars in the finals. The two dancers who made it into the finals were Maher and Grazadei, with Grazadei taking home the win. Overall, this season was packed full of talent and became the most viewed season in Dancing with the Stars history.
