Taylor Swift has just confirmed Swiftie’s suspicions by announcing her brand new song for the Toy Story 5 soundtrack. The track, “I Knew It, I Know You”, will be released June 5th. Being described as “Taylor returning to her country roots”, many fans are excited for the nostalgia from when Swift’s main genre was country. After multiple ‘easter eggs’ were placed, such as billboards, capitalization of letters, changing of album covers, and even mentions on Travis Kelce’s podcast, Swift finally put a countdown on her website. After this countdown ended, the official announcement was made. The new song is highly anticipated as well as the upcoming Toy Story film, which comes to theaters June 19th.
