The famed Northern Spirit Week was back and better than ever. Celebrating another year filled with school spirit, students and staff dressed in their favorite spirit week outfits. This year, the Patriots designed a spirited schedule for the week, shown on various social media accounts and hallway walls presenting each theme.

Throughout the week, students showed their Patriot pride by representing class colors on Monday, dressing as twins or favorite characters on Tuesday, swapping clothes with teachers on Wednesday, bringing back the decades on Thursday, and representing the notable Northern red, white, and blue on Friday.

This week allows students to have a break from their average school attire and express themselves through funky outfits alongside their favorite teachers. “Spirit week is always fun to me because I get to dress up with my friends and create different costumes to wear throughout school”, said senior Jaylnn Campbell. During the week, the Patriots represented Northern while looking forward to the upcoming weekend’s homecoming football game and dance.
